Welcome to the 2026-2027 High School Hockey season! This page contains all the costs, dates, and information you need to get ready.
Costs
What each Brighton player pays for the 2026-27 season.

* Team dues may be split into two equal payments if requested, the second due Oct 16.
** The USA Hockey fee varies by birth year — most Brighton players (birth years 2008–2013) see $81 plus a $10 Utah affiliate fee, about $91 total at checkout.
All players will receive new jerseys this year. Returning players have already paid a soft-goods fee and are covered by budget surplus from last year, so the soft-goods fee applies only to players new to the program.
Team dues
Please note: Exact dues amounts are not yet final, but won't change by much. They're based on the final roster count, which also determines whether we field two or three teams this season.

Fundraising opportunities are available to help offset costs — including our Snap! Raise fundraiser (Aug 17 – Sept 14).

Practice schedule
A typical week is two practices at Cottonwood Heights Rec Center plus one game, which could be at any rink in Utah. Brighton's 2026-27 practice slots:
- Tuesday 5:45 – 6:45 pm
- Thursday 7:45 – 9:00 pm
- Saturday 12:30 – 1:45 pm
Players attend two of these three slots per week depending on team assignment. Slots are chosen to minimize conflicts with club practice schedules.
